Check in on the go
Easily check in for your flight from anywhere. Add a bag, view, change or upgrade your seat and update your details so you can skip the lines at the airport! Your boarding passes are saved for offline use in the app.
Flight status
Check your flight status by searching the flight route or flight number. You will see details of your flight such as departure/arrival times and layovers as well as timely updates of the flight status.
Flight notifications, stay in the know
Getting the latest information on your flight has never been easier - simply enable mobile push notifications to receive important flight alerts for flight delays, cancellations and check-in reminders.
Select seats
Whether you prefer a window or aisle seat or wish to enjoy more generous legroom, you can now choose your favourite seat with a click of a button on our app.
Add baggage
If you need to bring a checked bag, the app allows you to easily add baggage to your booking. You’ll save time and money by booking your extra bags in advance - baggage fees are lower on our app vs. at the airport.
Manage trips

App works as intended but the airline… it’s everything you wish for in a lower cost airline, putting all the other ULC airlines to absolute shame. Free wifi? Snacks? Sold!!! I’ll only fly porter for my Canada destinations.
Amazing app, but they need in-app booking

The mobile experience is sleek and snappy, and the actual flight is even better. The app is also fast to load and doesn’t overwhelm you with complicated menus—even my parents, who are in their 70s, could easily navigate the app on their first flight to Canada. I just finished my first flight with Porter after years of loyal (and frustrating) service with Air Canada. I’m officially a Porter convert. The main issue is not being able to book through the app. Not having that capability defeats the main purpose of the app. If the in-flight experience wasn’t so good I’d be more critical. Finally an innovative airline in Canada that’s focused on the customer!
Can’t add infant boarding pass to mobile wallet

Please fix this bug which has been in place as long as the app has existed: it is impossible to add an infant boarding pass to mobile wallet. Each time I press the “Add to Apple Wallet” button after checking in, I get the dialog box “Something went wrong.”This has never worked, across multiple iOS devices and flights, so I assume it’s a bug or missing feature. Please fix, I always have to show my boarding passes at security and the app is much slower to load the boarding passes (and requires internet) compared to Apple Wallet.

It would be so helpful if the online checkin option is available for those without a US or Canadian passport. People like green card or visa holders can’t currently use online check in feature, which makes it inconvenient at times. However, I think it’s still a good app I generally with a friendly user interface.
