Works but could be better

Car is slow to wake which means you spend some time before being able to use app. Biggest missing function is ability to program when you want the car to be at temperature and ready to go like Tesla and Ford Mach E does. Why I need to set a timer on my iPhone to remind me to do this in the morning when I leave for the office and to do it before driving home makes no sense. This would seem to be a minor tweak for the App but what do I know. Love the car regardless.

When I go out to the garage my Lucid Air wakes up and unlocks itself whether I intend to drive it or not. As I walk around it continuously locks and unlocks depending upon whether it can communicate with my iPhone. This is extremely annoying. Currently, I prevent this by disabling Bluetooth on my phone. But this disables other Bluetooth functions I want to remain active. I suggest that the Lucid app allow me to temporarily suspend operation of the mobile key. When the mobile key is suspended this should be obvious in case I forgot I had done so. I think it would suffice to move the Mobile Key button near the top of the screen and add “Suspended” annotation as appropriate. It may also be helpful that when you suspend it you may specify a number hours for it to automatically re-enable the mobile key.

Even with the new app refresh, i am getting a horrible experience. More often than not the mobile key does not work. When it does work i am waiting for at least 30-60 secs before the car unlocks. Luckily i carry the key card around as I have been locked out of my car multiple times. The app itself takes FOREVER to wake the car up. Half of the time it doesnt even wake the car up. Now im dealing with the app crashing on start up. What a way to ruin the ownership experience.just tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. continues to crash on startup.UPDATE: I had to restart phone in order for my app to load up again. Replicated same issue on another phone and fixed same way. uninstall app. restart phone.

Unable to share or parental control from app

I’d line to share my car with other people with their own Lucid app accounts without habing to give them my creds. Or at least be able to create a parental control profile and invite my kid via email or text so they can download and login with theie own creds and be able to access the car with restrictions or no restrictions posed by parental control. This feature is not available now. This is very much needed asap.Thank you
