I was unable to forward tickets for Daytona Intl Speedway using the app. It did not allow me to scroll down to a forward button on a ticket as described in the instructional video. I was able to do this from a web browser on my phone on the Daytona website. I could sort of download track maps in the app but it just displayed them on a separate page and didn’t give me the opportunity to save them. Using a web browser on my phone I could save the resulting pdf file in Google Files on my phone. I am using an iPhone 8, version 15.6.1.
Can’t find Sebring Intl Raceway

I’m attending a race at the Sebring international raceway next year and there isn’t an option for that specific racetrack. Ticketmaster tries to send me over to this app to view my tickets but I’m not able to select the correct racetrack. Not sure what to do with that

The latest NASCAR Tracks app excludes anyone using an iPhone 15 or earlier from using your latest app which requires iOS 17.0 or later. The iPhone 15 and earlier models only have an iOS update to 16.x and therefore none of your customers who already purchased tickets for 2026 can’t get access to them. Big problem and future releases of this app should be tested thoroughly with legacy operating systems. What should customers do in the meantime who need access to their tickets for January, February and March 2026 races?
Worst App Ever to Obtain tickets

There is nothing intuitive about this app. When you select a fav track. I downloaded the app. Randomly selected a fav track. With no instructions, it took me 20 mins to find a small drop down arrow then go to the track i bought tickets for. Then i had to sign in again after I’ve already signed into Ticketmaster once. No instructions when you get to the app. No support. Just email the tickets or let me access on Ticketmaster. My gosh what a nightmare.
