Membership renewal. Access to the DL/App and the DL/Lounges is exclusively for Derwent London Members. So we need to check every so often that you’re still with us. When prompted, you will be emailed a 4 digit code to your work email address that will ensure your account stays active and you can continue to enjoy your exclusive Derwent London Member benefits. It’s super quick and ensures we can continue to deliver the very best service for our Members. New meeting room booking terms and conditions changes the cancellation window to 7 days from 48 hours. In addition to this, we’re also improving our meeting room catering service. More info on the noticeboard. Finally, DL/28 opens soon so we’ve had a spring clean ready for you to see all our new meeting rooms, workspaces and explore all the new benefits that comes with our second Members Lounge!

"Your app has had a facelift making it easier to get around the app and use your favourite features. You can now use the DL/ app to book in guests to your member lounges. We’ve also updated the member card so on arrival at the lounge, you can scan your QR code and whizz straight into the lounge. We keep adding lots of member offers and benefits and you told us that it was getting hard to find your favourite ones. So we’ve now added “favourite offers”. You can click the heart icon on any offer now and it’ll be saved in your favourites. Finally, your newest member lounge is coming very soon and there’s more information about it in the more menu. Keep your eyes peeled for new meeting rooms and more information about the new lounge is coming very soon!"

Your member card has had an overhaul. It’s now personalised and kept inside your app so you’ll also be able to find it as quickly as possible. Once you set it up, you can quickly access it by tapping the DL/ icon at the top of the homepage. Our retail partners and the team at DL/78 will no longer accept the card in your mobile wallet so make sure to set up your new card ready for your next discount of visit to DL/78. Can’t find your favourite offers? We keep adding lots of exciting new member offers so the list is getting pretty long. We’ve added a search function so you can quickly grab that offer that keeps you coming back! There’s also a whole raft of behind-the-scenes improvements and bug fixes. As ever, we really appreciate it when you let us know that things aren’t working as expected.
