ihateironing is a one-stop shop with several laundry and dry cleaning services to choose from. You can tell us your special requirements when placing your order.
3. Where are you based?
We have superb on-demand dry cleaning and laundry coverage across the biggest cities:

4. Who cleans my items?
After our ihateironing drivers collect your items, we take them to one of our professional dry cleaner facilities in your local area. There, each item is inspected and weighed and you will receive an itemised invoice with the total cost. Your clothes are cleaned or repaired to perfection before being returned to you.
5. What is your turnaround time?
Our laundry and dry cleaning service can be turned around in 24 hours or less! However, bigger items such as bedding and duvets can take up to 48 hours. Alterations and repairs services will also require a longer processing time. Our team will be in touch every step of the way to let you know how long we need to process your items.

Great service
I have been using them for about 7 months and have had no issues. My clothes always come back perfectly clean and folded. They have flexible pick up and drop off which is very convenient - I can arrange around my schedule. It is on the more expensive end but I will always pay for convenience because I really hate doing laundry.
Great platform, poor execution
Positives:
- tech behind platform is great, user friendly
- have only lost clothes twice, were able to recover them once I contacted you
Negatives:
- bad at actually cleaning clothes
- never remove stains from armpits/collars/cuffs for wash/press service. I am able to remove these stains, just requires time, some research, and repeated tries
- dry cleaning service is terrible. I send my high value items to a better dry cleaner. I recently sent you something less valuable for dry cleaning due to convenience and the end result was terrible. The jumper had pilled balls on it (should be removed) and came back with lint/hair pieces on it. Some dried milk was still in the inside of the collar. This is easily removed. Clearly it was not hand checked. I can provide photos, if you would like. There’s no point in paying for this.
- when I send something for dry cleaning and ask to remove stains they are never removed. When I send to my other dry cleaners they can remove stains.

Great option when Living in City
Really helps to offload laundry and keep my space nice. Living in a non-laundry apartment makes it hard to keep up with laundry but iHateIroning does a great job with convenient pickup and timely delivery. Quality of laundry is great. App is a little limited in functionality but integrates well with email and they are very responsive if issues occur.
