Great app
This app works great - it even reminded me when I’d failed to finish my order. I just wish it didn’t wait 24 hours for that reminder - 2-3 hours would have been better!

They lost a pair of my £88 leggings and never reimbursed me
I am so upset and disappointed with this service/app. Long story short, I used their wash and dry service and ended up receiving my clothing back however it was missing a pair of very pricy leggings. I notified customer service and had to do multiple follow ups with them. Ultimately they concluded they couldn’t find my leggings in their facility and instead of reimbursing me for the pair of leggings that are missing, they offered £10 off my next order... sorry, but that’s just not going to cut it. These leggings are £88 and a £10 off voucher doesn’t even count for half the price of the leggings. Next, why would I want a voucher for a service I won’t use again? Needless to say, I still haven’t received any reimbursement. My warning would be: do not use them if you have any items of clothing that are expensive, because if there are any damages/losses, laundrapp claims that they are “not liable”. Just be careful with what you wash through this service...
Not worth the money
I tried this cause I used to drop my clothes off at a laundry mat near my old flat which did wash dry and fold and figured it would be nice to have again for when I am busy. For the price I was expecting a lot better service and quality. The clothes were cleaned but some still had dirt marks on them, and they were not really folded. All my shirts were inside out still and most of my leggings were too. The socks were just thrown in the bag and not matched up either. I was hopeful this app would save me time in the week but seems as if it cost me more time. Also the driver "forgot" my laundry bag in his van and I wasn't able to get it until the next day after I had contacted support and they had to locate it. They offered me £10 off my next service as an apology, but with the quality of the things I got back I wouldn't use them again unless it was half the price it is now.
