I really like the concept and I really want to like the app. I really love my Apple Watch and the App worked well at first. Now, when trying to access different features from my phone, I continue to get error messages from the app. Watch app does not act like a key like your phone does. I have to physically press unlock on my watch in order for the car to even unlock. This app does not work as seamless as your OEM Tesla phone app. I’m still in the trial period.. but if things don’t get better I’m just going to cancel.
Developer Response I'm really sorry that we make you misunderstand the features.The only app in the market that can achieve seamless unlocking is the OEM Tesla phone app. That's because they have their own bluetooth protocol. And we are not hacking that.The best approach nowadays for Apple Watch to work like a key is to press the remote start button in the Teri Watch app. If your Apple Watch is LTE version, there's no need for you to bring a phone with you.I hope you enjoy the rest of other features such as efficiency logs and Siri commands.Finally, could you let me know the current version of your Tesla by emailing us through the Teri app? That can help us fix the errors. Thank you.

The app for my model S doesn’t do as much as the Tesla app. It also doesn’t seem to update the status to match the actual vehicle. For example, there is no control for the sunroof, which I have in my 2017 model S. I also used the app to close my windows, which the car won’t allow you to do, but the app says it closed them.
