I signed up for this app today and made a $100 BTC purchase to be sent to my Coinbase account. I thought it was quite misleading that they allowed me to make a $100 purchase and then after prompt me to do a KYC. I had no issue with that as I took the photos of my drivers license and did the selfie. A few minutes later I got an email that my KYC was verified my account was confirmed. Then 20 minutes later they asked me to join a video call for additional KYC. Uh.. that’s the strangest thing I’ve ever heard of. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable to start a video chat with some foreigner. She must have asked me literally 20 separate questions about who I am, what I do (all of the exact questions I already answered). Then she made me hold my ID up and show her the front and back while she took screen shots. She even asked me to bend my card back and forth, I’m guessing to confirm that it was real. Then the same thing for the debit card I used to make the $100 purchase. A couple minutes after we got off the call my screen said the security department rejected my KYC and will refund my money within 14 days. I am disgusted with the entire process of this business. Never in my life have I felt like I was being genuinely interrogated and while answering every question she had and allowing her to take screen shots of me and my driver license only to be disqualified. So now they have my money and who knows how long the refund will take. Just for understanding, I only downloaded this app and made a $100 purchase because I was completing an offer through KashKick.

Trying to buy crypto after making the same transaction yesterday, fully verified my account and they put my account as a security concern. Support is useless, can’t explain or do anything to solve the problem, all they do is say “sorry” trying another credit/debit transaction tomorrow! Merchant is restricted on Apple Pay. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone buy then sending crypto to pay a bill. They will pull the money from your account and give it back in 2 days and declining your transaction and placing a security hold on your fully verified account

Perfect app for scammers
I was scammed!!
This app is frequently use for scammer in US and the Caribbean. The developers have nothing to guarantee that you won't be scammed by people who are in the business of scamming. You have no way to stop or cancel a transaction made. There is no one to communicate with and the chat only sends automatic responses without any resolution. Be very careful with people who use it to receive safe money to sell you a product or service. I have been writing to paybis to help me with a transaction that I was scammed and all they do is raise a stupid questionnaire that is not related to the situation you are presenting.
