Improvements to detect app version and suggest appropriate updates

This update introduces faculty assessments, allowing faculty members to receive and complete evaluations directly in the app. We've added a configurable post-assessment survey workflow so programs can gather additional feedback after each assessment. The demographics onboarding flow is now smarter — if your information already exists on the server, you'll skip straight to the app. We've also added a forced upgrade check to ensure you're always running the version required by your institution, along with over-the-air updates for faster delivery of future improvements. Additional fixes include a resolved issue with the Done button not appearing on multi-select search forms, improved push notification reliability, and general stability improvements throughout the app.
