What this app does NOT do because a multitude of solutions already exist for these matters: - Texting or messaging between Tenant and Landlord because most Landlords prefer simple SMS. - Accept monetary rent payments from Tenant because there are plenty of existing ways to transfer money. - Track invoices, tax information, cash flow reporting since existing financial is already implemented. - Track service requests since local maintenance crews track their work load. Unlike other rental property management apps, your data in A+ LANDLORD is securely stored on the cloud in real time. This means if anything should happen to your device, no problem, simply log in with a new device and all your data immediately available.
