We have added a feature to hold tickets, allowing agents to check them via the inbox filter and unhold them from the conversation. An expiration bar now indicates when tickets will expire for Messenger and WhatsApp. Additionally, we resolved an issue where unrelated messages appeared in the current conversation and fixed problems with sending outgoing messages.

Fixed the bug that caused incorrect data rendering in the feed response view.

In this update, we addressed key issues to enhance user experience. We fixed a bug causing inconsistent time displays in the ticket queue for accurate representation. Users can now open document files directly from the navigation drawer, streamlining access. Additionally, we restricted carousel template access through the chat box, improving functionality and navigation for a smoother app experience.

We've enhanced the customer information feature and redesigned the user interface based on preferences. Users can now choose to view conversations either on the left or in a left-right format. Consecutive messages are now shown in threads for a better conversational experience. Additionally, WhatsApp users can now send documents up to 50MB. Several bug fixes have also been implemented to improve overall performance.

So we landed a feature from our web to mobile. Now you can create and send whatsapp templates to customers and start a conversation directly from the inbox.

We have introduced some new features as well as bug fixes and minor ux changes in this release. 1. Edit FB Comments: Agents can Edit other agent/bot comments in FB feed only. 2. Hide/Unhide/Delete FB/IG Comments: Agents can Hide/Unhide/Delete Customer’s comments on both FB/IG 1. Agents can only delete Agents/Bot comments on FB/IG feed. 2. Shows approval timer for all Edit/Delete/Hide actions if there is any delay on Meta end. 3. Tag Settings: If you have enabled “Required Tag to Close Ticket” option from web settings, then this will reflect on mobile from now on. If enabled, you can’t close a ticket if untagged. 4. We have renamed “Resolved Chat” to “Close Chat” in our inbox to avoid ambiguity.
