SCHEDULED RIDES
• Book a ride from 90 minutes to 7 days ahead. Choose "Pickup at" or "Dropoff by" and see your estimated times before you confirm.
• Your booked rides appear under Upcoming in Trips, with a countdown and live status: Reserved → Driver assigned → Pickup.
• Open a scheduled ride to see the route, fare estimate and payment. Driver details arrive about 30 minutes before pickup.
• Cancel free up to 60 minutes before pickup.
SUPPORT TICKETS
• Help & Support now opens Support tickets. Report an issue, follow the conversation and reply to our team without leaving the app.
• Search your open tickets and browse the refreshed FAQ in one place.
REFER & EARN
