Meet Proof Meister, the distilling app by Tony – A brand of Anton Paar. Track your process from fermentation to blending, measure ABV, and manage every run.
DISTILL SMARTER. MEASURE ABV. STAY IN CONTROL.
Proof Meister makes it easy to measure, monitor, and manage your distilling process. Whether you're making gin, whisky, vodka, grappa, or liqueurs, measure alcohol content, track distillation cuts, and organize your production runs — all in one app.
Pair the app with EasyDens, SmartRef, or pH2Go to record precise measurements with ease. Measure density, refractive index, and pH with your Tony measuring devices. Combine EasyDens and SmartRef to determine ABV in liqueurs.
No measuring device? You can also enter readings manually.
