The emmiol app is very easy to use, it’s well organized and you can get extra rewards/points through the app. Here are some things I think could be improved.1. the reviews Emmiol reviews can be confusing, most of the reviews are so obviously fake, and it can be hard to find the real ones. I wish there was a filtering system for the reviews, so you could filter it by the stars, or if a review has an image. I also think it would be nice if people could rate reviews and then have a filter to find “top rated” reviews. I have never ordered from this site before, but I’m about too so I can’t say much about the quality of the clothes. My advise to people ordering from here the first time would be to make sure to read the return policy, because some items can’t be returned and lots of the time people get upset about not being able to return an item. So far I really like emmiol, the clothes are a reasonable price and are super cute. I can’t wait to order my clothes for back too school.

Seriously don’t fall for the good reviews, im shocked there’s even good reviews in general. Let me tell you the painful journey that can easily be avoided. I ordered a jacket and first of all let me say I made an account and placed the order on their app but never got an order confirmation email but everything was ok until a few days later my order completely disappeared as if I never made it. I emailed the support team which takes forever to respond btw, and sent them a screenshot of my order I luckily took as soon as I bought it. “Lori” sent me a link to usps of my tracking and I guess it seemed real except it took nearly two weeks before usps actually had possession of my package. I had thought I wasn’t gonna get my package and that I got scammed but I did receive it and here’s the even worse part. The color of the jacket was supposed to be pink, instead it was like a neon orangy pink. And the worst thing is the jacket in their pics had rhinestone stars printed all over, and the rhinestones weren’t even there🤦🏻‍♀️. It all looked so fake and printed badly and the material was so terrible like I felt disgusted feeling it. I know you’d think the quality can’t be that bad but I promise you it is. I’ve never experienced such a terrible online order. I tried emailing the support team again for a refund but they haven’t responded at all so I probably just wasted my money. No matter what you see on here seriously don’t get it because it won’t be the same!!! Buy off of shein because this company or whatever is not only ridiculous and overpriced but it makes shein look fancy compared to this. That’s how bad it really is.

Whenever I asked my friends for recommendations for online clothes shopping that doesn't break the bank, they would suggest places like Shien and Temu, which I hate because they are the worst fast fashion places to buy from. With prices THAT low, their workers are hardly compensated for their efforts. But when I found out about Emmiol, I was instantly in love. Granted, it is still a fast fashion establishment, but I think it's a great happy medium for people considering most people don't have the money to buy from eco-friendly, 100% biodegradable, one-of-a-kind, “made with quality materials” boutiques whenever they find need for a new piece of clothing. The clothes I've bought are great quality and the style of most of the clothes is exactly what I've always wished my wardrobe would look like! I find shopping with Emmiol to be a good, albeit not perfect, option whenever I don't have the time or patience to go thrifting.
