This app is my secret weapon that swoops in to save the day!! Every day!! It literally it saves my day when its a stressful one, when I cant sleep or for whatever is going on!! Everyone has moments during there day that they need a little Dipti treat! And if not Just reward yourself with one! I use the Abundance one to set my intentions for the day!! Its a good way to start and focus. Whatever is going on, whether it's a super stressful day and I need to just take a quick recalibration break to reenergize (or not have a stress blowout or possibly kill somebody- thats a joke), 7 Sacred Minutes - is perfect for this! Or if I need to" shine bright" or "find my sparkle" or "focus" before a big meeting, talk or presentation or project im dreading, (taxes anyone?) - this app enables me to get what I need mentally and physically to do just that! Perhaps this week I need to get proper deep "good sleep" so I can perform like a proper human being, be less cranky and think clearly - and not inject caffeine in my veins - the deep sleep relaxation is like coffee for my brain and body!! Both my partner and I use her app on a regular basis - sometimes together and sometimes not!! Gone on save yourself some stress and try it out!
