Honestly, this app has more functionality and quality than the last gym fitness app I had. That said, this app is lacking the most beneficial functionality for me which is being able to add my membership card to my digital wallet. Whenever I workout, I carry three things around with me: my phone, water bottle, and physical membership card (I need it to access both gym levels during my workout). If I could replace the physical membership card with a digital one on my phone, that would reduce the number of items I carry around with me at the gym by 33%! Please add this functionality.

I’m interested in visiting and joining snap fitness however the online information is pretty elusive and I couldn’t find much there about how to even start the free trial it advertises. I was hoping to find more information in the app but can’t even get past creating an account because I can’t enter a home base location therefore I can’t proceed with my account. After reading other reviews on this app this appears to be a commonly experienced bug that’s been going on for at least 2 YEARS? I’m confused as to why it hasn’t been fixed by now and definitely off put about the whole gym itself. Was excited to try it out but now a little hesitant since the gym doesn’t seem to be new member friendly.

The first couple times I tried using to track custom workouts, the screen refreshed and the workout log would close and take me back to the home screen. No saves, no resume progress, just plain quit right in the middle. FIGURED IT OUT *amd this is for developers*This bug is from to screen rotation, that is when phone shifts between landscape and portrait mode, quite often this app does a 100% refresh. By disabling screen rotation, I am guaranteed not to lose any log progress

Do not get this app and do not get a snap membership. The date wheel is broken, searching for your club is done not by location, buggy, errors pop up at all times. If a company can’t even produce a app that can get you past sign up with out the application having a melt down, then I doubt it will take care of its customers. The excuse that it is a pilot program is absurd, a brand new developer could create a better application that isn’t a head ache to use and would understand that releasing something that fundamentally does not work is not acceptable especially when it’s the only option to sign up with out physically going into the gym. If I could rate this as a 0/5 I would.
