Love the ease of iPhone access. Would suggest making it easier to log showings on your own listings by another agent. I find it hard to locate on the mobile version.

Good when works…

This app is great when it works. Unfortunately it logs me out all the time and won’t let me log back in at this point. It doesn’t recognize me as an agent, and it doesn’t let me log out and log back in. When I try to log out now, it just says “we are sorry. “ and doesn’t even give me an option to get logged back in. So frustrating. I can’t see my listings through iOS at all anymore, a total waste of a mobile app. I thought maybe it needed an update and that’s why I’m here, but there’s no update available.

This app is great when it works. Unfortunately it logs me out all the time and won’t let me log back in at this point. Using the same credentials as I use to log into the website, the app says incorrect email/password. Had this issue before, but it only lasted a couple days.

As the client (not the agent), I don’t see a way to Confirm or propose new time for a showing in the app. Also, showings for the current day show in the archive/report instead of Upcoming. Seems like a date/time bug. Viewing past showings works alright.
