Love the ease of iPhone access. Would suggest making it easier to log showings on your own listings by another agent. I find it hard to locate on the mobile version.

Good when works…

This app is great when it works. Unfortunately it logs me out all the time and won’t let me log back in at this point. It doesn’t recognize me as an agent, and it doesn’t let me log out and log back in. When I try to log out now, it just says “we are sorry. “ and doesn’t even give me an option to get logged back in. So frustrating. I can’t see my listings through iOS at all anymore, a total waste of a mobile app. I thought maybe it needed an update and that’s why I’m here, but there’s no update available.

This app is great when it works. Unfortunately it logs me out all the time and won’t let me log back in at this point. I have found that most of the time when I try to input showing instructions for a new listing, I get all the way through inputting everything only to have the app tell me "an unexpected error occurred". This happens nearly every time, and is a huge waste of my time. I'm an agent on the go, and having to sit down at a desktop to input the information (or sometime I need to make a revision on the fly) is not always possible. And yes, my app is updated.

When the app works, it’s really good. However, it does seem to glitch out often. Am a client, and although I can login on the website, I haven’t been able to login on the app in over a week. Using the same credentials as I use to log into the website, the app says incorrect email/password. Had this issue before, but it only lasted a couple days.

Feature enhancements: We’ve improved existing features so they’re faster, smoother and easier to use. UI improvements: The interface has a cleaner look, with better layouts and easier navigation. Bug fixes: We fixed several issues reported by users, so the app is more stable and reliable.
