I was sick with a horrible flu and could barely move, having this app and a chance to do a virtual appointment was such a relief. Mahmoud Moghadam was so patient with me. He listened to all my symptoms and I never felt rushed. Sometimes I feel like medical professionals will just push you along and move on the the next. He really cared about helping me get back to feeling normal. He was engaged and kind to me while I struggled to talk. Thankfully, he was able to pinpoint what I had and I was able to get the medication I needed and start to recover. I stared to feel better the next day. I wish I met with him sooner
Use to be a pleasant experience
.a.s.a.s.a
Have used this app plenty of times and been helped so many times. Until now, had a nurse practitioner Mahmoud Moghadam who I was trying to refill a prescription which I had done multiple times. And asked for help on another that I have had as well. Denied me on something that has never been a problem saying he didn’t feel comfortable with. I was asking to refill a prescription that was last filled 6 months prior. And the other for preventative which was a year prior. If you couldn’t tell I’m not abusing anything medication… then I called back to speak with a doctor that actually prescribed me both of the other medication. To quickly be told that he was not going to help me. Seems like the other doctor had some ill feeling and told the 2nd doctor not to help me. Every time I tried to explain the situation and how he had helped me before. Was quickly cut off telling me to go else where. Haven’t been treated by a health care professional ever like this. I won’t say the other doctors name as he just seemed to be influenced by the other. And to not go against his colleague. But now something that was so easy has become something difficult for no reason. Recommended so many people to use this app. Now will be the furthest from recommending anyone.
UMC online care
Trauma one
Honestly, I haven’t been able to link my account to any other my chart that I have it takes a long time is always buffering and is always updating is very hard but for the most part whether you use Wi-Fi or if your data is low, it doesn’t matter this apps have a lot of problems you should be able to link accounts you should be able to move your records from other hospitals …so that way you don’t have to redo everything from scratch they take your medicine away from you and leave you in pain.. and then you have to resort to go to the ER at the UMC.. where the staff are very rude and disrespectful, including the security officers there they are very anxious to harm the people who are there to receive medical care. Their #1 goal is to keep the lobby empty ..so you will be sent home if you record their behavior. Are stand up for any basic human rights . To be treated fairly..no matter if you are injured or hurting or just plain sick or not feeling well No matter the place our situation .. you’re still a person. And from what I see.. the staff in the whole team in the emergency room needs to go through training to learn how to deal with people in a stressful environment. And sensitivity training, so they still can know know how to take time to empathize or even sympathize with a lot of people situation and be helpful. Not disrespectful there’s a big difference. I can see this place changing around if we the people keep be responsible and continuing to report their behavior and the way how they treat people and deny basic human rights, and services.
Omg thank you 🙌🏽💜💜💜

I am so happy for apps like this. I went to the emergency room and literally couldn’t find a parking spot. So I proceeded to go to an urgent care and they literally didn’t have a physician on site. Who does that? So I googled, “talk to a doctor online” and saw this app. In just a few minutes, I spoke to an amazing Nurse Practitioner, Latricia. She was kind, patient, and fun to speak with. She made sure my medication was sent within five minutes and advised me on how to pick up the prescription same night before it closed within a hour. Thank you so much. I feel better already!
Miscellaneous fixes and improvements.
