Can’t recommend highly enough

WARNING: highly addictive. Side effects include: visible abs, a sculpted lean physique, increased strength, balance, flexibility & happiness!This woman has changed my life. She is a creative genius with a profound understanding of how to sculpt the body. A year later, I remain excited for each & every workout. Alexis has vast expertise in dance, pilates, HIIT, & strength training. This results in a great variety of class formats, so you are super engaged & never bored. Personally, I do one of each of my favorite formats, which are about an hour long, 5x a week, & a stretch recovery class on day 6. Yes, she even has recovery/ stretch classes & short workouts too! Each workout is a sweaty treat & between her positive, empowering energy & the super playlists, you will sweat, sculpt & have a blast. Alexis is so kind & authentic, it soon feels like working out with a wonderful friend.

If you’ve stumbled across this app, I highly encourage you download it. I’ve taken classes with Lex for over a year on other platforms, and what she offers on MOVE is dynamic, challenging, and truly one of a kind. We see glimpses of community in the convos before and after her classes on zoom, and seeing other users comment on classes is a fun way to interact with the community Lex curates. Pilates, HIIT, and strength training classes are truly top tier instruction. She is a master in what she’s offering. On-Demand access to Lex’s library of classes is truly equivalent to having a personal trainer work with you inside your home. I’m one month into an annual membership and it is worth every penny.

If you’re looking for the best workouts and instructor this is the app for you! Lex is absolutely amazing. I saw results within a few weeks after I started working out with her. She’s changed everything for me and so many people. Highly recommend. Workouts are killer, best sweat ever!!!
