This app is really easy to use and has many features that most don’t. I would like the ability to move a note to another list.

i downloaded it awhile back and thought I would give it a try - Super easy to use and understand

I need to time log notes and observations for work and there are so many apps. that it becomes confusing a bit as I have to use a number of apps for work. i wanted a simple, easy, fast way to log notes for future use. I am glad I stumbled upon this app and took the time to see what it can do. It will be very helpful for me.

Really a 4 for functionality

I’m giving this app five stars because it is absolutely brand new and I am grateful that it exists. I do agree with the other reviewer that they should really have a way to export the logs whether it be via xls or doc.Even more standard though is that you cannot swipe to delete items. You have to hit every single item, press edit, and delete one at a time.If they enabled the swipe to delete method for both notes and lists I would feel a 100% more organized.I am grateful that the lists are organized with the most recent on top, because that is what I needed, but keep in mind there is no way to edit how the lists are sorted.I will continue to use for my purposes.

It is possible to export the notes to a text document, just click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and export the notes to an app of your choice. I have put the swipe feature on the to-do list and am considering how best to incorporate it.Thank you very much for your feedback Alex
Something went wrong with the latest update

Lognotes used to be perfect, but after the latest update on 2 separate phones, the export function is messed up. The exported note timcodes come in without seconds and not in military time, even though they both show up in the app itself with the proper settings. This app would be a 5 if they could fix that, but that is crucial information that needs to work

• Note layouts: Choose between classic rows, note bubbles and a journal view, and day headers now stay pinned while you scroll through a group
• Visual settings: Layout, theme, date and time options are picked from a preview grid instead of a dropdown, so you see the result before you choose it
• Apple Watch transfers: Long recordings keep running when you drop your wrist, and a new queue shows you exactly which recordings are still on their way to your iPhone
• macOS feature parity: Filters, group sorting, multi-select, reactions and context menus are now available on the Mac as well
• More statistics: See your total number of groups and the average time between two entries
• iPad & Mac polish: A collapsible groups list, and long notes no longer cover up the context menu preview
• Upgrade fix: Fixed a startup crash that could hit anyone upgrading from the previous Lognote generation
