Bought these boots for myself and my daughter for Christmas. Perfect fit! We both love these boots and especially think the bows are cute. They are EXACTLY as advertised and VERY COMFORTABLE. I wear a size 8 in shoes and ordered a size 8 without measuring my foot. The boots fit perfectly. Forgot to use the FIRST ORDER discount. Pay attention! These boots can only be exchanged (not returned) for the same style / color boot, different size.

If it was possible to give something zero stars, I would! This is not the official ugg app. If you want some real uggs, you have to go to their actual website. They had a sale on shoes and I ordered 4 pairs, once the order was in, they did not send me a confirmation email. I have a lot of experience with ordering from ugg so immediately I knew something was wrong. The next morning, I recieved an email stating that if I wanted the shoes to be shipped, I had to send an email back of a PHOTO OF MY DEBIT CARD FRONT AND BACK so they can verify the authenticity and make sure it’s no fraud. So I requested a refund and stated that I no longer wanted the shoes and if they could refund my money back. They then sent me an email back enforcing to send card information and again I asked for a refund regardless of their policy. They stopped replying all together to my numerous emails, they still have my money and I have no shoes. I never heard of anything like this in all my years living.

Hello-2 small bugs with iPhone app: App Store link does not work and old Instagram icon used.There is an option to share the app, which should create a working link to the app store. Unfortunately, the link is dead.Also, the very, very old Instagram icon is used. Please fix both of these issues, if possible. Thank you.

Thanks to all of you that left a review you just saved me a lot of money. I almost brought 5 pairs for my my 4 kids & myself. I’ll just go to the official website & make a purchase like I do every year. I should have known something wasn’t right when the price was extremely low but I just thought it was a sale. Buyers Be Ware I’m uninstalling this app immediately someone needs to report them. BTW it’s impossible to give 0 stars so that’s the only reason they have 1star!
