Keep the numbers you already track in one place. Log pages read, minutes of focus, or a daily walk, then revisit your history. Start with 3 free trackers.
A simpler home for the numbers you already track.
If you keep recording the same things in notes or a spreadsheet, Sum of Days gives each one a place of its own. Log a number, check off a routine, or add a note. See what you recorded today and find it again weeks or months later.
Start with one thing: pages read, minutes of focused work, a daily walk, or another routine you want to remember. Create up to 3 trackers for free.
LESS EFFORT TO KEEP A RECORD
• Choose a starting point or create a custom tracker with your own name and unit
• Record numbers, daily totals, habits, statuses, and notes
• Use quick-entry buttons, widgets, and Shortcuts for repeat entries
• Add a record from your Apple Watch when your phone is out of reach
• Set reminders for the things you want to record regularly
FIND WHAT HAPPENED
See your latest value, totals, and averages. Open a calendar to find a date, follow a number on a chart, or browse your entries in a timeline. A year view brings a longer history into view. Your original entries remain available behind the summaries.
BRING HEALTH INTO THE SAME VIEW
Connect supported Apple Health data, including steps, weight, sleep, exercise time, walking and running distance, active energy, stand hours, and height. View it alongside the things you record yourself. You choose which Health categories to allow.
REVIEW WHEN THERE IS ENOUGH TO COMPARE
As your history grows, Review can highlight meaningful changes between periods, standout days, and items that moved together. Every finding links to its supporting dates. Monthly Rewind gathers up to three findings from your last 30 days.
Review uses the days you actually recorded. Findings appear only when the recorded data supports a meaningful comparison.
YOUR HISTORY, ACROSS YOUR APPLE DEVICES
Use Sum of Days on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. Sync your records through your private iCloud storage when enabled.
No Sum of Days account is required. Your tracked values stay on your devices and in your private iCloud storage. Review and Monthly Rewind are generated on device.
START FREE. ADD MORE WHEN YOU NEED IT.
Use up to 3 trackers for free, including history views and Review. Sum of Days+ unlocks unlimited items, more icons and colors, custom ranges and goals, and app locking with Face ID or Touch ID on supported devices.
Choose monthly, yearly, or lifetime access. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase.

There’s a pantload of habit trackers out there. Most of them are pretty mediocre, a few are surprisingly good. JT is lacking in some of the bells and whistles but it does at least three things better than most of the others I’ve tried, and those three things are important to me. First, native iPad support. No wasted real estate. Second, solid sync. Ever have to wait hours for the iPhone to sync with the watch? Yeah, me neither. Third: BIG clear watch display. I need to track the time I take certain meds. Waking up in the wee hours to do so is no fun, and having to fiddle with a phone or iPad makes it worse. JT is the ONLY one I found with a simple, clear display - tap, tap and back to sleep. Free? No, it’s not free. You don’t work for free, why do you expect devs to do it? OTOH, $10/year is much less than many of the competition so what are you waiting for? Give it a try. 3 habits for free.
Love the app - missing 1 thing
hyumankind
I've been using the app to sync with my apple health data from my phone and apple watch. I use a walking pad treadmill with my desk setup so I can get my steps in while I'm on the computer. I use this app to keep track of my steps and exercise times, etc without having to get my phone out to look at health data. A few things I'd really like this app to do: I would like it if the right side of the window was collapsable. That way I can have a narrow window view of main stats open on my computer while I work. The right frame of the window isn't something I use or find valuable. The other main thing I'd love is if I could choose one datapoint to pin to my mac bar. For example, I could have the app minimized but see number of steps at the top of my mac in the mac status bar.
Fantastic app

I love to be able to see my data in charts. Only wish there was an option to save an entry as a favorite, and be able to add that favorite for the next entry. That way you don't have to manual type again that same item each and every time. But love the app. Keep up the great work!!! I already bought the one time lifetime edition, so glad it's not a yearly subscription. That's what makes this app shine as well!!! God Bless You!!!
Excellent Tracking App!

JustTrack is a fantastic app for keeping track of everything you need. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage tasks and goals. I love how customizable it is—you can tailor it to fit your specific needs. It’s reliable, syncs seamlessly, and helps me stay organized. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one tracking solution!

Ask questions about your days with Ask AI.
Ask AI uses verified facts from your records to answer questions about item values, dates, averages, totals, recording frequency, meaningful changes, standout days, and items that moved together. Each response leads with the answer and links back to supporting days.
Your records stay on device. On supported devices, Apple's on-device model explains those verified facts; otherwise, Ask AI presents the matching facts directly.
Also new:
• Filter Month, Timeline, and Year by one or more items; your selection carries across all three views
• Today and Item widgets support OS 27's new extra-large portrait size, and calendar widgets use their space more effectively
• Richer App Intents on OS 27 help compatible system experiences understand and open items, days, Review, and Monthly Rewind; Shortcuts can also complete habits, compare items using Review's evidence rules, explain findings, and check Today Status
• Command-1 through Command-7 opens Today, Month, Timeline, Year, Ask AI, Monthly Rewind, and Review on Mac and iPad
