I purchased the dual vehicle charger, in part due to app functionality promised, however, there’s not really anything that works in this app. I can’t say with certainty that I have confidence that the company itself is viable enough to stay in business and that this purchase wasn’t a steeply priced mistake. To make it worse, customer support is non-responsive and only adds to the fears that there will be no future support. There’s a perpetual update loop for the firmware and I spoken to someone a couple of weeks ago who said this was being worked on and would be “resolved shortly” however it’s been radio silence and non-response since then. If you’re considering the actual charger purchase, take this as a warning to avoid or know that this seems like a risky bet at this point. I fear I’ve made a big mistake, and paid for installation for a pricey product that doesn’t have support.
