I came across hiptrain several months ago and was mainly looking to find a fitness solution I could actually afford. When I found out about hiptrain pricing I couldn’t even believe that it would be a live training session, let alone have amazing trainers, customer service and just an overall feeling of community! I’ve been working with Matilde for months - she’s the best. Easy to communicate with and she accommodates all my needs. Whether I get busy with work, or my back injury from years ago is flaring up or I’m just having a bad day, she never makes me feel bad about it and finds a way to work around it. That’s what’s kept me with them so long, even beyond the amazing pricing. It feels like they actually care! Recently, I was going through a major life change that is affecting me financially and Steve the co-founder called me directly when I decided to pause my membership. At first I thought he’s calling to convince me to stay on and continue paying and I started to explain why I couldn’t but then he told me the real reason for the call! He was generously offering me free training for the time being so I can still take care of my health while going through this rough time! I was shocked! That’s way beyond customer service, that’s just being a good human and that’s what’s going to keep me as a loyal member. Highly recommend!! They are the best!

I've been working out with Mayra with HipTrain for almost 5 months. She's been instrumental in getting my 40+ year old body on the path (and holding me accountable along the way) to reaching my fitness goals of improving strength and flexibility. We meet twice each week at 7am for 30 minutes, she frequently checks in on my progress throughout the week (sleeping, eating, and other workouts I'm doing), and our sessions are always challenging and personalized to my specific needs, capabilities, and limitations. I've recommended Mayra (and this app) to several friends and family members.

This is the best thing that ever happened to the Apple App Store. My trainer is Gonzalo and he is amazing; a great personality and very knowledgeable. I look forward to every session. I have been working out for over 15 years and his routines touch muscles I never knew existed in my body. He answers every question I have about fitness. You should definitely try this App out.

I have always wanted a personal trainer, but could never afford one. With HipTrain, a live, 1-on-1 session with my personal trainer (Matilde) costs less than a sandwich. It’s amazing! I’ve been working out with HipTrain since last July and I can’t recommend it enough. If you haven’t ever had a personal trainer before, believe me when I say, it’s very worth trying!!!
