Best app but stopped working after update, support helped resolve it

Update: If you find a version of the app that works for you, don’t update it. After I did, it stopped working altogether and did not connect to anything. And I have a paid version. I contacted support and they responded right away with instructions on how to use their other app. Thank you for that. To the developer, please stop forcing us to update every time we open the app if you can’t guarantee your updates to work. Main review: I’ve been using it for the second year now and the app works when others don’t and is reliable and easy to use. The price is good and I am happy to pay and support them. The only thing is split tunneling doesn’t quite work. The websites I enter are still not loading with vpn on. It would be nice if I could choose whole apps instead of just websites in split tunneling but other than that, it’s perfect.

Unfortunately, split tunneling by apps is currently unavailable on macOS and iOS due to limitations of Apple’s operating systems. After last update I can’t connect to my servers, and free Amnezia server, but qr scanner now are working. I pressed button and nothing happened without any errors. I figured it out. Who has the same problem you need to do backup, reinstall app, if still not working, restart iPhone. It should be fine.

I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max with iOS 26.4.1 and I’m really getting annoyed, when I lock screen vpn won’t work, until I re-enable vpn manually, either via your app or Control Center. Many VPN services allow users to enable Background Refresh in settings, which solves this issue.

This is really perfect, specially when the app itself do everything configuration on server side!! Make it user friendly for non-expert users.The only lack of iOS version is that the app needs to be able to toggle via siri or shortcut.
