Seated is the first app I’ve used that actually matches how hosting works in real life. The floor plan comes together fast, and moving people around at the last minute is genuinely painless. It also becomes the single source of truth - when you export the PDF for the kitchen and waitstaff, everyone’s on the same page with allergies, preferences, and notes for each guest.
