As a start up its good app in the digital technology of the banks working ecosystem. As a comment the following things should be improved• During sign up it was challanging to upload your ID.•Apple face ID should be added in their biometric setting because it makes highly secure for customers further for the bank.•Finally the app slows sometimes especially on iphone so I think this will be improved through updates on bugs. Thanks.

This is not expected from Abissina Bank I think you guys just rushed to announce and published this app before making sure that it works properly. I had no issue to sign up first then when I sign in it never let me login kept being something is wrong and I tried changing password incase if I forgot the password but surely not, and When I put the old password it told me to put different one I put different one and it doesn’t do anything, it was suppose to show password but a changed or something but it doesn’t work at all… later I just tired of trying actually it annoys me so I just deleted the app. Please first fix the bugging and all this issue otherwise nobody wants to use it. I like Abissinya and I don’t expect this type of issue. You also offer careless atm money withdrawal system with phone but that never works too. Before bringing new systems make sure the one already exist does work.
The app freezes when onboarding data is incomplete

When I sign up for this, it asks me to enter my details including ID and signature, somehow my signature was not updated during the signup process and now whenever I was to send money, it keeps saying “ your onboarding data is incomplete, please complete the process in order to make transaction “, under this “error message”, there is “yes” button. Whenever I click the “yes” button, it was supposed to take me to the incomplete documents but whenever I click “yes”. It just freezes, I tried calling customer service and I was told to use vpn to speed it up and I tried it as well with very high connectivity but nothing. Please fix this bug or create a feature that admins would be able to upload incomplete data on behalf of users.
