Full disclosure I have been an in-person training client of Brian’s for more than 15 years but I recommend this app to people who are looking for a quality training model without the cost of one-on-one training. I’m using this app as a supplement to my existing one on ones and as a way to chart my progress. This is a great app for beginners of all sizes, strengths, genders, and abilities, who want an affordable education and model for how to do exercises and an easy to follow plan. For more advanced lifters, this app will do the the thinking for you so you can get back to doing what you love, adding lbs to the bar. I love this app! It offers a wide range of options and enough variety that you don’t get bored with routines. The short video clips associated with each exercise are easy to follow and highlight important points for performing each exercise correctly and safely. I am not a big fan of fitness apps, but this one is worth trying.

Evolootion strength has been great for my training! Love all the options for training programs, and now that I’ve been through the first level, I’m loving being able to check my previous loads quickly and see how I’ve progressed. Highly recommend!
