Whether it’s an in the go 10 minute workout or a 30 minute all out HIIT workout, I feel my body being pushed to my full potential in such an efficient amount of time.The positive coaching in each video truly allows me to feel confident that I am working out properly and effectively!! I fully believe this app is perfect for every individual whether your a beginner looking to start somewhere or someone who just enjoys new and fun daily and challenging workouts!!! The best part about this app is the diversity in the workouts. You can filter anywhere from five and Katie B and the crew have an immense amount of workouts. Over 1000 videos plus there’s never a dull moment and you can always find a body part, or a theme that resonates withYou. It takes out the excuses for time, money (only 9.99 a month after free week) and location. So many body weight workouts and their 8 min Destress stretches help meditation feel easy!

I love Katie’s programming and her energy! Classes range from 5-75 min and even the shorter ones I’m always working really hard. Her programming is so safe and so creative and I’ve learned so many new yoga postures through her classes. My favorite part of the b inspired program is not just the workouts but the daily journal q’s that she weaves into classes, too. This community has so many women from all over the world helping one another and cheering each other on!

This is the best app for at home yoga and strength training. The yoga sequences are challenging but Katie provides lots of options to make them accessible. Katie’s strength training workouts are short and efficient. I’ve done over 1,000 classes in the app and I feel the strongest I’ve felt in years. I really like the weekly calendar of workouts that Katie creates, it takes the thinking out of it for me! 10/10 would recommend.
