I currently have tested positive for Covid 19. Also need to wear a mask even at home since I have guests from Ireland visiting at my home. Trying to set up and learn how to use video visits to address my new diagnosis. This requires multiple sign-ins to MyScripps, mainly because I’m 74 and not computer savvy. Annoying to have to remove mask every time I sign in to try to arrange my video visits (two today). Successful with one. But having trouble arranging and setting up the second video appt with my PCP which is the one I wish to contact most for Paxlovid. Otherwise am very happy with being able to access my lab and test results. The Doctor/PA after- visit summaries are repetitive and not always informative of plan of action post visits. But , in general, all staff pleasant and competent.

I personally like this app. I am able to schedule appointments,Send my doctor a message, set up a video appointment and I’m able to request medication refills without having to contact my doctors office.I always communicate through the portal messaging and I also get my results online which I absolutely love. I usually get a response from my doctors office within two business days. I don’t use the app just to communicate with my primary doctor I used to speak with my specialty Doctor as well. The only thing I have not been able to do has been arrive from outside the building. I’m unable to turn on the location on my phone. But I try to always be on time for my appointment especially since you get screen at the lobby due to COVID-19. I will highly recommend people to use the app especially since the pandemic has made things hard and I’m sure clinics and hospitals are all overwhelmed and doing everything they can with the minimal staff a half now.

I really feel sorry for people who do not have Scripps medical. They have a world-class group of angels working for them. Every single person that I have encountered that works for Scripps are truly 👼🏻 Angels. They are so amazing and make it so easy to navigate. I literally would not be here today if it wasn’t for Dr. Wallick and Dr Lin. I am truly in love with everyone of my team. Thanks to them my two children that were holding out on having kids are now parents. November 13 my youngest son had his beautiful little girl named Charlotte or Charlie for short, and on January 6 my daughter had my beautiful grandbaby named Poppy. Unfortunately the chemo brain fog has prevented me from remembering all the wonderful people that help me. But everybody I had encountered was wonderful Dr. Salimi’s thank you for keeping my sanity in check. I love these people I truly love these people thank you

I was sent to UCSD San Diego by my Doctor Robertson. She had attempted to have them do a full Toxocology workup since I have been so seriously ill. They refused her order, therefore, she contacted a Toxocologist that worked at the Hospital. She refused my Doctor saying only ER visits are used to perform a Toxocology workup.The wrong diagnosis has injured me when going to the ER and Doctor visits. The Criminals are still assaulting me on a 24 hour team effort. They’ve tampered with my expensive cameras. The Police refuse to help because of you not taking care properly of a person that’s being GANG ASSAULTED all these years and as soon as can catch them I will definitely take you to Court..I’m extremely ill and very upset with Scripps disrespectful towards a person who I had told everyone there I’m being Gang Assaulted and nothing being done except wrongful treatment of me.
