Was very hopeful and was pleased initially. Now the app is displaying incorrect historical data. The scale works just fine and sends the current information to the app. However when I select to see my charted data; the figures are VERY wrong. I thought maybe it was a firmware issue so I checked for updates and found that I am running the latest version. So it looks like I need to revert to the old standard of pen and paper to keep up with my progress. Disappointing too as I was sure this app would help me simplify this process and journey based on its reviews.

This app looks like it has so much potential. I was really looking forward to using it with my smart scale from the same company. It retired the data from the scale correctly. BUT every time I try to see my progress through their “Chart”, it crashes.

This app requires you to create an account just to use it. But I haven’t been able to create the account through the app. So I went to the website and created the account. I still can’t sign into the app. I don’t get any indication of a bad password or email address. It just shows an X. I will be happy to change my rating when this app functions.
