I applied for this loan as a GS employee and I did EVERYTHING they asked, submitted all proof and set up the allotment to do the payroll deductions just to basically get the run around. I emailed the company because I was trying to see the hold up on what else I needed to submit for approval or denial and they told me I needed to send proof of the deduction for repayment. After asking what proof I needed to submit I received another email saying it was too late to submit the documentation and I needed to reapply. So, now I’m checking my LES and they STILL took the repayment for a loan I was NEVER approved or denied for and NEVER received. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason! Please don’t waste your time! Also, when you do seek “support” all responses are AI generated so I don’t think at any point I was speaking with a real person.

This place makes them appeal to be a company that bases loans off your job and tenure but it’s just another loan company. They claim not to use just a credit report but that isn’t true. I have been with the same company for years and they had no problem doing to small loans back to back but now that they changed their policy, they are just another loan company that wants you to have an 800 credit score just for a little help. They always take more money than the payback as well and it’s like pulling teeth to get the refund. There is no reason you should have two to three extra deductions from paychecks when the loan is paid off.

No seriously this was an on time help for me. The payments come out of my check biweekly so I’m building my credit in the process. Love this app, love the company.
