The recent move to get rid of support of Apple Wallet passes and forcing users to use this cruddy, 1.6/5 star, privacy violating app that *might* be in violation of my contract is unacceptable. The rotating QR codes are a massive inconvenience and are removing the only privacy option. I don't need my gym to have my IP address and access to my data for them to lose or sell. It’s not appropriate and is a massive change to my 24/7 access to my gym which I have a contractual right to enter. CF has been making many moves recently to stop people from getting in for free which is fine, but y’all are This needs to be remedied ASAP.
Barcode won’t work

This barcode will not let me in. I have to wait for someone to open the door at 5:00 am. I’ve watched other people stand there banging on the door also. I’ve sent an email and was told to turn up the brightness on my phone. When you open the barcode in the app it automatically turns up the brightness though. I was also told I need to contact the club directly since my barcode and membership number match. I tried calling but you can no longer call the club. The recording tells you to fill out a contact form!

Literally why are they making it so much harder for us to access? I understand that as of right now everything is going up in price and Club is still one of the cheaper routes for a gym. But I’ve notice the company can be very uptight. I’ve seen people who have worked for Club for 10+ years only to be fired for looking for better opportunities (I’m serious). What makes me furious though is the Instagram page of Club Fitness. People commenting their feelings about the new app and memberships. Only for those comments to be DELETED. Just looks really bad on the Clubs part.
Can’t Access Workouts

So, the first month the app was exactly what I needed. Then all of a sudden I couldn’t access any of my previous workouts, couldn’t log a new workout, half the buttons are entirely useless. The Customer Care phone line gets you nowhere, tells you to talk to your local gym about the app, but they have no control over the app or any ability to help with it. Not their fault. I just want to log my workouts and be able to see what I did last time.
