I enjoy using this app and truly believe it has the potential to stand alongside major players like MGM, Borgata, DraftKings, and others. However, there are a few areas where I think it could improve.First, I feel the selection of slots could use more variety. Expanding the options would help attract and retain more players.Secondly, my main complaint is the structure of promotions. Many of the bonuses require a larger deposit, usually between $50-$100, which might not seem like a lot to some, but for me, it’s a significant amount. The issue is that these bonuses often come with high wagering requirements, meaning I need to bet through hundreds of dollars before I can even think about withdrawing my winnings. This, in my opinion, creates a barrier to enjoying the app, as it feels like Playstar is making it harder to cash out and encouraging players to deposit more.What I’d love to see is the introduction of more inclusive, lower-deposit bonuses (like $10-$20), as well as a free daily game to keep things exciting for everyone, regardless of their budget.These changes would make the app much more appealing to me, and likely to others as well, which is why I don’t frequent Playstar as often as I’d like to.

So, with that being said, I wish Playstar would allow a free daily game and a $10-$20 deposit type bonuses that appeal to everyone. Downloading the casino application I was greeted with the obligatory, welcome promotions, and headed into the app for some risk and pleasure. When I first signed up, winnings were reasonable. I wouldn’t hit every time but I would hit a little ($20 - $100) every here and there. That was fine with me. Then after withdrawing maybe 4 - 5 times I could no longer win anything. Quite literally would make a $40 deposit and no matter the game it would eat away $10 - $15 before allowing a wager to hit for a mere $1. This happened A LOT which is saying a lot seeing that I don’t even play a lot. But when it happens every single time I play (like quite literally EVERY SINGLE TIME no exaggeration) I had to give this casino up and close my account. It’s supposed to be fun and entertaining but it wasn’t because it would take 50 - 75% of my balance only to let me win 2 - 5% back every 20 spins (and yes I counted, again this is no exaggeration). It’s not to say I didn’t have it to spend or that I didn’t understand the risk because I do. But what I can’t understand is the algorithm it gave me as well as the resulting stats on my account. I have a losing history and I don’t even deposit hundred of dollars, maybe $40 - $50 on average at a time. Yet my account has a net loss worth hundreds. There isn’t anything fun about that. Not to mention, a 30x deposit match play through requirement?? Meaning I get a $10 deposit bonus but would have to wager $300 to withdrawal its winnings?? That’s insane. Especially considering the fact that y’all don’t pay out like that to have such a high requirement. It’s giving scam tbh.
