The only music distributor that's actually free. No subscription fees. No hidden costs. No royalty cuts. Ever.
Freecords is the all-in-one music platform built for independent artists who want to release their music worldwide without paying a dime or giving up their earnings.
TRULY FREE MUSIC DISTRIBUTION
Other distributors say "free" but take 15-20% of your royalties. We don't. Upload unlimited singles and albums, distribute to 140+ streaming platforms, and keep 100% of everything you earn. That's not a promotional offer — that's how Freecords works.

BUILT FOR INDEPENDENT ARTISTS
We believe music distribution should have zero barriers. No upfront investment. No percentage taken from your hard work. No complex pricing tiers designed to confuse you.
Whether you're releasing your first single or your twentieth album, Freecords gives you the same professional distribution that major labels use — completely free.
MORE THAN DISTRIBUTION
Freecords is also a discovery platform where fans and fellow artists find new music. When you upload, your tracks become available for streaming within our community, helping you build an audience before your music even hits Spotify.
· Get discovered by listeners who love finding new artists
· Connect with other musicians in your genre
· Track your growth with clear performance insights
· Build your fanbase from day one
HOW IS THIS FREE?
Great question. We operate through brand partnerships, sponsorships from music companies, and optional supporter contributions from artists who love the platform. Distribution costs us money — but we've built a sustainable model that doesn't pass those costs to you.
No venture capital pressure to monetize you. No investors demanding we take a cut of your royalties. Just a platform built by musicians who believe the old model was broken.

I think this app is doing really well. The reason why it would not be a five is number one. I’ve seen a review that the developers have replied to saying thank you for this untrue review so that’s kind of a red flag in my opinion but also, I don’t think this app is very in touch with what users actually want and what artist actually want. The reason I say that is because there is an AI feature in this app and I think that most artists don’t approve of AI and I am one of those people. I can’t control that and I understand that you kind of need to slap AI on everything so that people who do like AI will appreciate it more but I don’t think that this was the right place to do that. I appreciate this app for what it can do and I just released something. I don’t know when it’s coming out, it says seven days I guess I’ll find out but also for anyone who’s blind or visually impaired, this app is VoiceOver accessible for the most part. It can feel a little bit crowded while using voiceover, but it’s better than everything being clumped together. Also, when I pressed take photo for one of the options on accident for the artist profile the app crashed. I don’t know if that is intentional or not, but it happened.
Worst Music Distributor

I got false copyright matches upon uploading my music which is funny cause I manually created each beat, each melody, each vocals on my own on cakewalk. The matches their Ai system gave, I listened and saw those songs are completely different! This ridiculous app uses Ai chatbot to review music files of artists and gives false copyright matches. I don’t need your system then. And i have proof of my music creation, i spent months on each song but I ain’t sharing the details with your hilarious Ai system.I’m deleting my uploads and leaving Be aware. People.Using this app and any other music distributor is a waste of time.If only artists had their own music distributing system. Goodbye.

This app is garbage. They expect too notch quality. You have to have your full artist name in the cover art, you have to have top tier quality, and they take a month to upload a single song which btw won’t be uploaded unless your freaking Taylor Swift. I do not recommend. Use any other distribution platform even if it costs $1000.
Great app

I just did my first song it's uploading well verification you get 100% royalties and it's perfect but takes a while also I needed to give this review 2.6!? Outraged
