SkillRecord Passport helps ensure that trainees get the experience they need by capturing their progress during work placements.
The app includes two tools that combine to provide a vivid picture of trainee progress as it develops in the workplace. The logbook summarizes what a trainee has done, while the passport highlights the skills that have been mastered as determined by qualified reviewers.
Both tools can be customized extensively to make SkillRecord Passport a seamless extension of an existing training program.
