I love this app, it is so convenient and easy. All you have to do is download the app and put in all the required info and how long you are staying and you can do this after you parked your car. The best part it gives you a warning when your close to your time is about to expire and you can either add more time or just leave.

This app is efficient AND effective. You don’t have to wait for the gates to open anymore! It takes very little time to download the app and put in your information. It’s very straightforward when it comes to what you need to do to be able to use this app. (I highly recommend to download the app at home).

Park-“Smart”, I don’t know. I have been sitting on the bookstore of this mall for at least 30 minutes trying to sign in to this sad excuse of a parking app. It fails on me with cryptic messages and requests that change the password to what it already is (someone needs a regex refresher) or complains about invalid characters on a name I have not even entered yet.How anyone considered this production ready is beyond me. You should never torture your customers when they’re trying to give you money. They’ll have time to come to their senses and leave.

DO NOT USE THIS APP, just pay using the QR codes!! I’m not sure how an app could be more abysmally useless, frustrating, and unnecessary. It seems like I need to update the app everytime I come to bay st and it gets worse each time. This last time was the final straw. It didn’t allow me the option to get validation, so I had to pay $6 so I could watch a movie instead of $1.50. Over an hr before it expired, I GOT TICKETED. Now I have to print out receipts and a dispute form and MAIL IT TO THEM. I will never use this app again and idk why I even tried to in the first place. Useless scam
