- The new Onomi Field App is now available, bringing a fast, intuitive app experience for booth staff to capture and qualify interactions at conventions. Built as part of CongressIQ, the Field App is designed around the realities of working on a busy congress floor: conversations are short, connectivity can be unreliable, and every interaction counts. - Lead captures are now saved as drafts. The Field App automatically saves started lead captures as drafts, preventing information from being lost if the process is interrupted, for example, if the device screen is locked or the app is closed. Any information already added is available when the rep resumes the lead capture. - More options during identity resolution. Reps can now select “No match” or “Out of scope” for suggested matches that are not relevant to the lead. - Quick access to the workspace home screen. A Home link widget can now be added below the Field App dashboard, allowing reps to easily access the configured workspace home screen. - Quick access to lead captures requiring action. A direct link to lead captures requiring action (“X interactions need action”) has been added to the Leads widget on the Field App dashboard, giving reps quick access to incomplete lead captures. - Individual meeting RSVP status displayed. The Meetings widget on the Field App dashboard has been adjusted to display the individual user's RSVP status for meetings, rather than the overall meeting RSVP status.

- When creating a meeting in the app using the Appointments module, the date/time picker now shows a time-range based on the defined availability of the meeting location. If the “Allow custom location” option is enabled and a custom meeting location is added, there is no adjusted time range. - Various minor adjustments to improve the user experience. This includes posting on feeds that are linked to live sessions, uploading captured lead scan images, and the “thank you for responding” text that has been made more visible in dark mode.

- We're excited to announce that the app now supports Apple's new Liquid Glass design system. - Adjustments made to support the new workspace dashboard report called “Time spent in the app”, giving workspace managers clear visibility into how long each attendee actively used the app. - When scheduling a meeting via the app, meeting organizers are no longer able to create new external participants that use the same email address as an existing participant. This is to prevent the accidental creation of duplicate participants.

The Universal lead capture module now includes an offline mode, allowing representatives to collect leads even without an internet connection. This ensures uninterrupted lead capture in environments with limited connectivity. Any data collected offline will automatically sync once the device reconnects. We’ve enhanced the filtering system for the event list displayed when launching the mobile app. Filters are now ordered as follows: Ongoing · Future · Past · Testing · All. Count badges have also been added to display the number of events in each category.

- We have made various design adjustments to the mobile app user interface, with a focus on accessibility and improved support for screen readers. - With the Universal lead capture module, for leads captured via OCR lead scanning, app users can no longer see the show image button in the lead profile.

When enabled, app users can now use the public annotations functionality on PDF documents in order to add their comments and reply to comments from other users.

When using the Universal lead capture scanner, representatives can now successfully scan a broader range of barcode types at conventions.

- We have made various design adjustments to the user interface to improve accessibility, with a focus on the in-app and push notification screens. - We have refreshed the design of the tab bar so that it uses bold underline instead of the light background as a selected tab. This change is applied to the following screens in the app: Capture lead / List of the leads / Lead’s profile / Appointments / Session check-in dashboard / Live stream. - We have optimized the user experience when converting a draft lead, so that the converted lead is now automatically displayed after mapping the lead’s information.

- Representatives using the app to capture leads can now delete their own captured leads as well as use the search bar to efficiently identify their captured leads.

- Notifications that appear in the app when changes are made to the content or navigation can now be disabled. - When enabled for the live session, app users will now be able to switch on closed captions to see simultaneous subtitles for the in-person live session. - Various performance and user interface improvements for representatives using the Lead capture functionality. - When taking notes, the Share button is now visible from the start, before saving a note.

Various performance and stability improvements

- Improved stability for updating feeds with the latest posts. - Adjustments made for smoother QR code scan check-in. - Support for the new Private Q&A option in live sessions. - Q&A questions are now sorted based on the approval time, instead of the submission time.

- Adjustment made to support the scanning of shortlink QR codes directly using the native camera app. - The app lock password reset mechanism has now been disabled. - Resolved isolated issue with the session “Add to calendar” button not working on iOS 17. - Resolved isolated issue with launched polls not showing the the session view on iPad.

The minimum version required to use the app is now iOS 15. We have added the necessary functionalities to the app to support using the Session-check-in module on events.

- We have improved the QR code scanner behavior and user experience. - App users can now view legal documents associated with the event when they have limited access to the internet.

- Improvements made to ensure that all times for meetings follow the choice made in the “Timezone” event setting. - We have optimized the user experience for when changes are made to the app menu. - We have improved how feed videos are loaded when attendees have a poor internet connection.

- We have improved the look and feel of the search bar in dark mode. - In the poll sidebar, after a poll notification is received, we now also indicate to the user that a poll is coming.

- App synchronization: Changes to label translations and agenda sessions updates are now visible immediately in the app, without the need to sync. - Live session Q&A: When enabled, app users can now upvote Q&A questions/comments that are already posted, in order to indicate to the panelists which topics they are interested in. - Polls: Multiple choice poll results can now been seen live as they come in.

- Individual poll targeting is now supported (coming June 6, 2023) - Specific lists of words can now be prevented from being submitted during word cloud polls. - App users now have the ability to block other users. - Wordly closed captions and translation can now be enabled during live sessions - If changes are made in Backstage, the app menu and navigation bar now update automatically while the app open.

- Improved support for scheduling meetings. - Support for the new poll countdown timer. - The Poll tab now opens automatically when opening live streamed session with a live poll. - Poll notifications are now shown only if the user is not watching the live stream. - Redesigned the live session content bar (access to sessions details, Q&A, polls, Viewers) for ease of use. - Both master and track sessions are now visible in the agenda in offline mode.

- Improved support for displaying initials and user names in user profiles. - The clap button is now only visible for attendees who are watching a live session stream. - The live session “Details” tab has been moved to the first position on the left, and is displayed when accessing a live session with a stream. - The “Answering now” Q&A questions now appear over the live stream when the attendee is watching the stream in full screen.

- QR codes are now accessible in the app when there is no internet connection. The QR scanner is not available offline. - Agenda sessions are now accessible in the app when there is no internet connection. This includes the sessions for the current and next day, and is based on the data loaded upon the first synchronization of the day. If the agenda is modified during the day, after the first synchronization, then the changes will not be shown in the agenda when offline, unless the attendee has since refreshed the app. The agenda filters and search are not available offline, and neither is the agenda Discover screen (if configured). - The app home screen, business card QR code, and documents now load faster. - The reactions buttons on feed posts (like, comment, share) now show when they have been tapped.

Bug fixes and improvements

- Improved the screens for feeds and notifications when no content is available. - Adjusted the experience for attendees accessing third party live streams, so that they now first access the session page before tapping to view the stream. - Updated the Q&A tab display and text for when no questions are available for attendees to see. - Made the color of the “Your answer” placeholder text lighter in the wordcloud tab, to better indicate when the response field is disabled.

Live session polling Support added for word cloud polls and multiple responses in multiple-choice polls (available for use on the platform from October 31, 2022).
