When a colleague of mine introduced the concept of Rome over a year ago I wasn’t really paying much attention. But I can say with all honesty that our company of 40 people (scattered across a dozen locations) could not function remotely as well as as it does without Roam. Rome is not perfect but it needs 95% of our needs and has allowed us to all but completely replace Slack and Zoom completely. And they are rolling out new features every single week. And when you have suggestion suggestions or problems? They listen and frequently and act improvements within days.If you have at least five employees and they are not all in the same physical place all day long. You should give Roam a try. I’m 100% sure you will become a very happy paying customer.

been using Roam for over a year—aside from the velocity at which this team releases high quality new features and makes overall improvements, the platform is hands down the most impactful piece of software i’ve ever bought for any company i have ever run. its not perfect yet, but it is excellent. if you are trying to solve for speed and productivity, then you need to solve for synchronous collaboration and Roam is the only platform I have found to be deeply focused on solving for helping people, regardless of where they sit, work together, better and faster.

My SEO agency has been using Roam for 2 years. It's a killer app for working with a remote team. The graphical interface combined with the insane amount of apps (custom versions of Calendly, Zoom, Slack, OtterAI, Loom, etc) for the price of one is an amazing value.Roam is a key component of how our business works. Works well for primary function. One small annoyance is if you let notifications get out of hand - I had 86 “unread” notifications which were mostly just meetings that had been scheduled. There is no obvious way to “mark all as read” so I had to manually click all 86 to clear them. Even after doing that it shows 1 unread on the badge but no actual unread message.
