SilhouetteClinic is a health and wellness App that provides weight management and nutritional resources. The Silhouette Clinic’s weight loss program allows you to work with our Registered Dietitian along with other weight management resources to succeed in your weight loss journey. Our robust online wellness and weight loss program helps you achieve and maintain your goals.
Patients receive 12 months of support to include 1 on 1 in-person and/or tele visits with their Registered Dietitian. In addition to the 1 on 1 visits, the App allows for real time tracking of meals and activity measured with fitness devices as well as motivational resources.
Getting started with the Silhouette Clinic’s app is as simple as registering with the clinic’s program, downloading the app in the Apple Store. The Silhouette Clinic will provide you with a scale that connects with the App to track data such as your weight, BMI, body fat percentage, hydration, and fitness activity. This allows you to track your progress daily and to help you succeed with your weight loss journey. You and your nutritionist will both monitor your individual progress through the App.
