What happened to total cash available

In the old app there was a feature that calculates your available cash in your account .(Meaning your money in saving and checking minus your credit card spending ). So when I open the app I just know I have that amount in my account . Also your attempt in the smart assistant AI is worse than Siri 10 years ago . The problem with JKB is they don’t understand the importance of UX research. You need to hire UX professionals to better design the overall experience.

I can’t send reset password I keep getting 9999-internal error I’ve been in this loop for 5 Months now without any update from call center no one was able to solve this issue. it makes me sad for a 15 years JKB customer as I withdrew all my money from JkB and switched to a different Bank

This version of the app is not functional at all. Don’t you have a Quality Assurance team to check these things before you submit them?
