I’ve reported a couple of bugs and contacted customer support about it via their WhatsApp number. They are always on top of issues and fix them in a timely fashion! I’ve played around with the app, made a few test videos, and I love it so far. It has all you need from adding custom overlays and music to the videos. Only thing missing, which I hope they add soon, is the ability to start recording and start the machine to start spinning automatically via the click of the remote control. Sure, you get 2 remotes, which have their use, but doesn’t accomplish my previous ask. Leaving it at 5 stars as you can overcome this by tapping start in the app, and the count down gives you enough time before it starts spinning.

All the events that I have had with this app have had a terrible resolution, I have tried several resolution options but finally they all come out very blurry, I even changed my phone thinking that it could be my equipment but even with my new iPhone13 pro max the videos they come out very blurry and with a red hue. On the other hand, that we charge $250 for a 3-month subscription is completely unreasonable, really with a lot of respect for your work, but I think that amount is unreasonable. Lastly, I have not been able to contact their technical support, so I have literally lost all the free subscription time since I cannot use it due to the terrible resolution

I like the app when it works. I find that it’s a struggle to even connect to my 360 camera and when it does it drops connection after 1 or 2 takes. Is there a way to get my iPad or iPhone to connect every time no matter where I’m at? I’ve tried setting my device on the machine and it still won’t connect. This has happened at multiple locations so it can’t be the location. It will show the device but never connect. I’ve had to issue refunds because of this. I just want a stable connection. Please help!!
