I just recently bought the camera that is supposed to connect to this app. It is a basic model dslr camera that didn’t cost an arm, leg and kidney to buy. I didn’t want to spend to much on a dslr cam being that have very little experience in usage. It’s a great little camera for basic usage before moving on to higher quality camera.Which is a pity because this app is TOTALLY, UTTERLY useless. And if I could rate it as ZERO stars, I would. The camera doesn’t hold the wifi connection - which is a separate connection from your regular household wifi connection. The app does not have a feature to change wifi password, rendering it a more secure connection. This app is supposed to make it so that you can wirelessly upload pics/vids from the camera to the interface by phone or computer. But alas. It does NONE of that making it a waste of time.Hopefully the Devs will read this and do an update to the app so that it functions properly. I won’t hold my breath however.

I see that everyone is having problem and i had this for over a year now and it was working perfectly fine until im writing this it does seem to connect to my phone i really really this photo and im about vacation and i wanted to bring this camera but now that im having trouble with it i don’t think I would want to use it because there is know point if i cant even transfer it to my phone I tried disconnecting the WiFi I tried deleted the app a bunch of times and nothing is working and i really need this photo it is an important photo for me and it just doesn’t work i hope this app can get a upgrade and work better and faster and not so slow so please upgrade this app so i can get this important photo thank you

So i’ve had this camera for almost a year, and it was working fine back in September. However, there is a problem with the wifi that I noticed everyone is having. It refuses to connect to my phone, and I seriously need it to connect in order to get some photos of me & my bf (we are now long distance and he wants these photos as well). I really do hope you guys fix this, I don’t think that whoever is updating this app is intelligent since they cant even spell “change” right OR put words into proper sentences.

I got this camera for Christmas and I was SOOO excited to be able to take cute photos to post on insta. The photos are cute and the camera is nice but I can’t do anything with them if the app doesn’t work AT ALL. It tells you to connect to the cameras WiFi and once you’ve connected it doesn’t show as connected on the app. If this sight is going to continue to sell their cameras they need to fix this app SO I CAN GET MY FREAKING PHOTOS OF THE CAMERA!!!
