_______
Why We Exist
Life in our rainbow shoes can feel heavy: micro-aggressions at work, gender dysphoria in the mirror, family tension at dinner. We’re here to lighten the load with clinically validated tools grounded in Third-Wave CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness, acceptance, and self-compassion - translated into plain, everyday language.
_______
Bite-Sized Features You’ll Love
- Guided Video Sessions – 2 to 10-minute practices for anxiety, low mood, and identity stress.
- Daily Grounding Exercises – quick resets you can do in bed, on a bus, or mid-panic.
- Queer-Led Courses – learn from licensed therapists and lived-experience mentors.
- Progress Tracking – see mood, streaks, and skill mastery grow over time.

Nice concept, but you cannot sign in with the email option and it won’t let you update your profile information. The app seems a little glitchy.
Developer Response

Bad User Interface
BAM80SD
Cannot minimize screen to continue past the 3 pages introduction. I can swipe left or right but attempts to scroll up or down have no effect and I can not access any other part of app.
Developer Response
Hi Bam, I'm sorry you've had this experience and thanks for flagging this bug - we've fixed this now in our latest build. If you have any further issues please let me know directly at hello@kalda.co and I'll fix it for you. 🌈 Dan from Kalda
Another update during Pride, slay! We've now made it a little easier for folks who wanted to delete their journals along with their profiles. Keeping things secure and removing all information in one fell swoop. Plus the usual updates, kisses.
