So happy they finally added price alerts—-that was the main thing sorely missing from this otherwise very good trading platform.SUGGESTION: it would be amazing if we were able to add notes to our alerts—no exchanges seem to allow this!!NOW, if they could only adjust their bandwidth so that transactions wouldn’t time out during heavy price action!!I missing out on greater profits during the recent 20% BTC dive….wouldn’t let me close my short at the bottom until it had already started to recover—sale kept timing out until BTC was a couple thousand higher. Frustrating…

I know I’m not that bad at trading. You can’t EVER have a position go your way anymore on this exchange. As soon as your trade is in the green it goes back into red. When you change positions it goes back up again. Kinda suspicious when you go long or short and the market trades against you. Yes I understand volatility but why does it react to whatever direction I am trading? Because the game is rigged. No point in using this app if all it’s going to do is liquidate you everytime. I can find better ways to waste my money. Don’t give your money to these people they have it rigged for sure. Wouldn’t be surprised if Donald Trump is somehow behind it with all his insider trading. I used to make money on these exchanges now all it ever does it take from me. I’m done with these scam exchanges. You won’t get a cent from me ever again.
Frustrating Withdrawal Process and Lack of Support

I deposited my money into BloFin using the correct process, and everything went smoothly at first. However, when it came time to withdraw my funds, I encountered numerous issues. Despite completing the identification authentication steps, I still haven’t been verified, leaving my money stuck in the app.The withdrawal process is nowhere near as seamless as depositing money, and the lack of timely support has only added to my frustration. This experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend BloFin based on my experience.If BloFin can resolve this issue and streamline their processes, I’d be open to reconsidering. For now, I would advise others to be cautious before using the platform.

Still has potential, but recent update hurt performance

I’ve been a fan of the BloFin app for a while and appreciated how smooth and responsive it used to be. Unfortunately, since the latest update, the performance has noticeably declined. The app now hesitates, lags, and feels much slower overall, which makes trading from my phone more difficult — and riskier.I really hope the team is working on a fix, because BloFin has a lot of potential and I’d love to continue using it as my go-to mobile trading platform. Looking forward to future improvements!
