wow. This is a review regarding a “Meet your Future Self” meditation:I dont know if it is normal or if I should revisit this but I cried at that second door. I have had to make some hard decisions and they felt forced on me. I have spent two days in complete despair. Crying involuntarily. unable to let go of my emotions despite trying so hard to alnowledge the silver lining. I have other meditation options but chose this randomly. prior to the meditation, I was given back the power to hold onto something material that meant so much despite its value propelling me toward a higher goal if I sell it. i held onto setiment. however, by the second door, the conversation with myself that asked what it took to reach my ultimate goal changed allPerspective. I know I have to release this. I have to find fatih it will come back to me out of the success of my ultimate goal. i sobbed. this time it was out of “knowing”, finding the faith Id lost, seeing my future success and ultimately being able to have, now, the choice to let it go… and I can.THANK YOU for such a perfect meditation moment!

I wish I would’ve found this app before I downloaded the calm app. I love all of the meditations so far, especially the anxiety meditations and rated r meditations. I have recently gotten into moon magic and am super excited to try the full moon meditations too! Thank you yogi Bryan for helping me get back into meditation and learn to just sit with myself again. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable but your meditations make it so worth it!

It doesn’t matter at what point in your life that you realize it, but at some point you will come to know that YOU and only you, have the power to control your destiny. Yogi and this guided meditation has given me so much more than I ever could have expected. Once you become the captain of your vessel, you can go anywhere and every where!Thank you Yogi for all you do 💕

I started seeing his videos on facebook reels and instantly knew this kind of meditation was for me. I’ve tried some in the past but they were so fake! I can relate because I talk the same way and it just makes it so much more interesting. I even got my husband listening at night! This app is wonderful! I have learned so much and sleep so much better!
