We had a party of 8 people staying at a hotel and we had a good amount of luggage because we all just took a cruise. We booked 2 vans to the airport the night before we were supposed to leave. The day of travel, the company called us 5 minutes AFTER we were supposed to be picked up telling us they canceled our ride. We had to scramble to get to the airport. Terrible experience. Beware trying to book your taxis through this company.
