Before using the nightly app I didn’t do much to help my sleep. If I had a bad night or simply didn’t feel well rested I moved on with my day and just accepted the side effects of how I would be negatively impacted. As a college student, it is hard to alter your routine in order to improve you sleep, so lifestyle changes that threw off my busy schedule were not an option. Once I discovered nightly, I realized that you can actually improve your day by ensuring you are caring for your sleep. By using the nightly app, I was able to improve my sleep by not interfering with my everyday schedule and instead improving it, as I was more rested to take on the challenges of my day. By using the app and going through the sleep reports, I was able to understand more about what I was doing that was affecting my sleep: for example, sleep reports about days/weeks when I would watch tv and eat too soon before going to sleep were worse than when I did not. I also could track my sleep depending on what moods I was feeling before going to bed which also helped me notice how I would sleep worse when stressed and anxious. This app has made me put more care into how I’m sleeping and helped me succeed in my day to day life by keeping me rested and rejuvenated each morning. I love the knowledge it has given me about my sleep and the app has very calming and cute designs and graphics that make it even better🤗! I highly recommend nightly‼️

Nightly is awesome! Over just a couple of uses I’ve had some of the best sleep I’ve had in forever. After only 6-7 hours of sleep, I felt like I was really getting 8-10 hours! I felt ready to start my day every morning. I’m pretty fast at falling asleep, but where I struggle with sleep is staying that way. I tend to wake up throughout the night for the smallest things. It feels as though I’m never truly sleeping—just resting with my eyes closed. Nightly changed that for me almost immediately. Within my first three nights of using the app, I’ve noticed that I haven’t been waking up and checking the time on my phone, I haven’t felt groggy in the morning and wanted to sleep in, and I haven’t had any anxious feelings when laying down for bed.
