I’ve had several times this app wouldn’t work. Just shuts off when trying to open a page. Each time I call and the gym says “we know and are working to correct it.” As the classes I enjoy fill up within a minute it’s frustrating missing them. Now it’s been down for almost a week for me and several others I know. Fortunately my husbands is working so I’m having to nag him daily to sign up for me. The old app was much nicer as we could communicate with other members and there were home workouts. I’m guessing they decided to go with a cheaper version but the sense of community it definitely missed.

When I downloaded this new App for the NAC, it doesn’t give me a barcode which means I have to have the worker check me in. I want seamless access to the NAC, but now have to wait for someone to check me in. I thought the whole point of the App is to make it easier for members. The front desk receptionist even said they are aware that some members don’t have a barcode, and nothing to indicate that it’s being worked on. For the amount of money we pay in monthly dues, this should not be an issue.

The worst app ever. I tried to set my payment method and change the default and it doesn’t let me so I tried to contact them and it closes the app every time that I use that section. Probably the worst app I have ever used. Don’t bother.

Every time I click schedule it glitches and the whole app closes out so I haven’t been able to see the schedule for over a month. The old app was much better.
