MyCHOP is the online patient health portal for patients and families of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Schedule appointments with your child’s pediatrician, or schedule in-person or video visits with a growing list of pediatric specialists. Use your phone’s camera to attend video visits with your child’s provider. Send messages to your child’s provider and request prescription refills and referrals. You can also access a current list of your child’s medications, immunizations, allergies, physician-released test results, growth charts, as well as a health summary and your account billing summary. Complete history Questionnaires. Track My Health features allow patients enter data manually onto the MyCHOP app through Apple HealthKit. Data is not received through Apple Health and wearable devices.

CHOP app & CHOP staff are AWESOME!!

In May my child had to be transferred from a local hospital to CHOP in Phila because of a very bad infection he had. He spent five days in the hospital. While there, I switched all of his doctors to being CHOP doctors because of his need for different specialties. Prior to being with CHOP, he was with Drs from 2 different practices, plus his pediatrician. Switched because it made more sense to have the same organization/practice for all. Most importantly, ALL of the CHOP doctors, as well as the staff at the hospital and in the offices, are awesome. They take such great care of you & are so caring. They promptly reply when you call with any problems, even after hours and on the weekends or holidays. They notify you immediately when test results are in. Usually the same day or the next day. it is super easy to use the app. everything is very nicely laid out and easy to find what you need. I highly recommend CHOP and the app.

My wife and I can’t say enough about everyone in Chops system from the front desk to the anesthesiologist especially the doctor and all the nurses each exceeded the next with their hospitality their demeanor . During a rough time, they were still able to put smiles on our face While informing us of everything . It was all sincere which if asked before I would have thought not possible . Truly my family and I just want to say thank you so much for everything

Whenever I need to reach out to his care team, I can send a message directly through the app—and even attach pictures when needed. Able to reach out to hospital and pediatric center instead of looking for numbers. Reminders when appointments are close as well as for vaccinations. Always a must able to reach out and help if specific doctor isn’t available.
